The Rome Chamber Music Festival is pleased to return to the Palazzo Barberini and its original stage in the Salone Pietro da Cortona for its 16th season.
Ten years ago, the festival founded what is now known as the De Simone & Partners Young Artist Program. In honor of this milestone, the festival will welcome back young artists from past programs and the concerts this year will be performed solely by them, Robert McDuffie, and the 2019 winners. For two nights only they will perform Aaron Copland’s chamber version of Appalachian Spring, Tchaikovsky’s Souvenir de Florence, and Mendelssohn’s celebrated Octet on June 16th and 17th.
Rehearsals are at the Palazzo Barberini and are open to the public. They will take place June 12th to June 16th. Tickets to both the June 16th & 17th concerts are available through the festival’s website. Buy Your Tickets now!
Open rehearsals wlll begin June 12 from 10 am until 5 pm;
concert begins at 8.30 pm.
The Festival ticket office is located on the ground floor of Palazzo Barberini, in Via Quattro Fontane 13 and will be open from 10 am to 7 pm every day. on June 16th and June 17th from 4 pm to 8.30 pm. Tickets can be paid both cash or with credit card.
